Zzz tea has one goal- to help you relax. The tea's main ingredient is valerian root which has long been called “nature’s tranquilizer” since it is a sedative to the higher nerve centers. It helps to induce sleep, reduce anxiety, and lower blood pressure. It was used during WWI to effectively treat nerve damage. Chamomile, the second key ingredient, has been used through the ages to aid sleep while calming the muscles and digestive tract. These two power-house herbs work together to promote a restful sleep.
Preparation: Mix 1 tsp of tea with 8oz of water, steep 5 min @ 212F°

Ingredients: Valerian Root, Chamomile, Honeybush, Spearmint, Lavender, Lemon Balm, Lime, Passion Flowers, Cherries & Blue Cornflowers
Speak with your healthcare provider before use, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, taking any medication, or if you have a medical condition. Don’t use with any other sleep aids. Dry valerian root has a pungent smell which will not transfer to the steeped tea.

We pack our orders 3x per week, M,W & Fri usually by 4pm EST. If your order is not placed by 1:30 pm EST on M,W or Friday it will not be shipped until the following shipping day.
Our logistics team will pack your order within 1-2 Business Days, and depending on the shipping option you choose (free USA standard shipping is available), that will determine the time to get to you once it leaves our warehouse.
USPS Standard Shipping: Usually 3-5 business day to arrive once shipped.

Why is there only one size of the tea I want?
Great questions, some tea leaves are much more broad and take up more space than finer leaves, that sometimes prevents us from packaging the tea in smaller than 3oz bags.
Also - Some functional teas need to be used for at least 30 days to start reaping the health benefits they provide, so we do not offer less than a 30 day supply.
