Preparation:
Mix 1 tbsp of tea with 8oz of water, steep 5+ min @ 212°, as with most functional teas, the longer you steep the more potent the effects.

Why is there only one size of the tea I want?
Great questions, some tea leaves are much more broad and take up more space than finer leaves, that sometimes prevents us from packaging the tea in smaller than 3oz bags.
Also - Some functional teas need to be used for at least 30 days to start reaping the health benefits they provide, so we do not offer less than a 30 day supply.
