Most orders ship within 2–3 business days. From there, it depends on your postal owls (or human carriers). You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your package is on the way.
We pack our orders 3x per week, M,W & Fri usually by 4pm EST. If your order is not placed by 1:30 pm EST on M,W or Friday it will not be shipped until the following shipping day.
Our logistics team will pack your order within 1-2 Business Days, and depending on the shipping option you choose (free USA standard shipping is available), that will determine the time to get to you once it leaves our warehouse.
USPS Standard Shipping: Usually 3-5 business day to arrive once shipped.
USPS Priority Shipping: Usually arrives in 1-3 business days once shipped.
USPS Priority Express: Usually arrives next day or 2nd day once it is shipped.
Why is there only one size of the tea I want?
Great questions, some tea leaves are much more broad and take up more space than finer leaves, that sometimes prevents us from packaging the tea in smaller than 3oz bags.
Also - Some functional teas need to be used for at least 30 days to start reaping the health benefits they provide, so we do not offer less than a 30 day supply.
